This Privacy Policy explains how FinanceOS ("FinanceOS", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the FinanceOS mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Summary. FinanceOS is a personal and group finance app. We collect the information needed to provide expense splitting, ledgers (khata), budgeting, savings, and AI-powered insights. We do not sell your personal data. Financial records you enter are used to operate the features you choose to use.

Subscription payments are processed by Google Play Billing; FinanceOS does not store your card or bank credentials.

We protect data in transit using encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and store credentials using your device's secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures.

FinanceOS is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
